Railway Bridges
Bridge clients.
Zonal railways of Indian Railways, IRCON, and state and city bodies in Sikkim and Kolkata. Girders and bridges are on the bridge projects page. For railway works, the register names the railway or owner of each bridge. Many of these girders were supplied through the main contractor for the work.

Fabrication clients by sector.
Metal Craft Engineering fabricates heavy steel for rail, power, process plant, sugar and government clients, and for equipment makers. For rail and infrastructure, the work covers bridge girders for Eastern Railway and, for the Government of Sikkim, a 50 m road bridge. The company’s register of completed and ongoing works adds foot overbridges, road overbridges, and open web, composite and plate girders on works of seven railway zones (South Eastern, East Coast (now South Coast), Northeast Frontier, North Central, South Western, East Central and Eastern) and of IRCON, from 2018-19 (Eastern Railway) to 2026-27. Power and boiler clients include NSPCL, Isgec Heavy Engineering, Alstom and Paharpur Cooling Towers, for boiler structures, an SS304-lined ash silo, windboxes, headers, and cooling tower support steel.
Two clients are EPC contractors. For Linde India, the work was 100 MT cold boxes for the Giza project and support structures for Assam Petrochemicals. For Thermax, it was a 40 m chimney for Tata Metaliks, with the pipe racks and supports. In the sugar industry, Uttam Sucrotech’s scope covers a boiler structure for Djatiroto in Indonesia, support structures, and a 40 m plate column for Noida, made in four parts that were joined on site. The OEM and pump clients are Siemens (gearbox housings), Megatherm (an induction furnace crucible) and WPIL (column pipes and discharge heads).
